My favorite cooking method:
Add 1 Tablespoon oil to a non stick pan, once heated, arrange frozen perogies in the pan and sear for about 1 minute. Carefully add about ¼ cup of water to the pan and cover with a tight lid, lower the heat to medium low and cook for 5-6 minutes. They should have a nice, golden sear on the bottom and tender dough throughout.
